We provide standard delivery to any address within our delivery channels. We now offer Free Standard AusPost Shipping on all order made for delivery within in Australia. Do note that we do not deliver to military and restricted areas and naval ports. We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you as promptly and as safely as we can.

Australia: Express Post: 1–3 business days. Typically next-day delivery within metro zones. Across the country like WA to NSW is approximately 2-3 business days. Standard Parcel Post: 3–6 business days. These are approximate and may vary depending on your zone location.
United Kingdom (UK) : approximately 5-11 working days.
Rest of the World: approximately 9-14 working days.

Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped between 2-3 business days upon confirmation of payment, from Perth, Australia. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorisation, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you signaling the item has been processed. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our local logistics partner, with your provided tracking number. Please provide your contact number along with the address provided at checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.
