We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologise if you are not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:
All items must have been purchased from the Leovia online store, and all items must be unused. If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds, regardless that the items have been mailed back to us. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for personalised items if you change your mind or damage the product.
Validity for exchange and returns
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 30 days of the delivery date for Australian orders, and 30 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns, however, would need to be strictly made online at www.leovia.com.au for all orders.

Unfortunately, if your product is personalised, exchanges on personalised product are not accepted unless there is a fault with the personalisation, quality or the product is not fit for purpose. If there is a fault in your product made by us, that needs to be rectified, please email us as soon as possible and simply screenshot or forward through an email of your purchase proof, invoice or order number and screenshot of the issue you have with your order. We will assess the issue and get back to you within 12 hours to correct it. If the error is ours, we strive to keep you happy with your purchase and will take every effort to make the return process as smooth as possible. That is, if it is too costly for us to return a product to our warehouse, we will send out a replacement, or refund your purchase with no return request. All requests for returns can be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers or a reversal refund deposit. Your chosen refund request will be honoured. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 365 days and can be used for your next purchase online.
Once issued, store credit vouchers are strictly non refundable, non-exchangeable for cash. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable only online. Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilised will be refunded.
Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated on the invoice.
No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders, either for refunds or exchanged items.
